【Indications】

1. Metastatic colorectal cancer after standard therapy. 2. Advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor after treatment with imatinib and sunitinib. 3. Advanced hepatocellular carcinoma after treatment with sorafenib.

【Mechanism of Action】
An oral multi-kinase inhibitor that targets angiogenic kinases (VEGFR1-3, TIE2), stromal kinases (PDGFR-β, FGFR), and oncogenic kinases (c-KIT, RET, RAF, BRAF V600E).

[Dosage]

160 mg (4 tablets) once daily; a 28-day cycle consists of 21 days on treatment followed by 7 days off. Take after a low-fat meal.

【Adverse Reactions】

Hand-foot skin reaction (53%), diarrhea, fatigue, hypertension, hepatotoxicity, and infection; oral mucositis; gastrointestinal reactions.
