【Indications】
For idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).

For systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD).

For chronic fibrosing interstitial lung disease with a progressive phenotype.

【Dosage】
Recommended dosage

Treatment with this product should be initiated by a physician experienced in diagnosing and treating the indications for this product. Before starting treatment with this product, perform liver function tests and a pregnancy test.

The recommended dose is 150 mg twice daily, administered approximately 12 hours apart.

This product should be taken with food, and the entire capsule should be taken with water. This product has a bitter taste and should not be chewed or crushed. The effect of chewing or crushing the capsule on the pharmacokinetics of nintedanib is unknown.

If you miss a dose of medication, you should continue taking the recommended dose at the next scheduled dose time and should not make up for the missed dose. The recommended maximum daily dose of 300 mg should not be exceeded.

Use with caution in patients with mild hepatic impairment (Child Pugh A). The recommended dose of nintedanib is 100 mg twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart, and taken with food.

【Adverse reactions】
In clinical trials, the most common adverse events associated with the use of nintedanib included diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, decreased appetite, weight loss, and elevated liver enzymes.
