Indications

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF)
Systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD)
Chronic fibrosing interstitial lung disease with a progressive phenotype

Dosage

Treatment should be initiated by a physician experienced in diagnosing and treating the indications for this product. Before starting treatment, perform liver function tests and a pregnancy test.

The recommended dose is 150 mg twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart
Take with food and swallow the entire capsule with water
Do not chew or crush the capsule (bitter taste)
If a dose is missed, continue with the next scheduled dose (do not double dose)
Maximum daily dose should not exceed 300 mg
For patients with mild hepatic impairment (Child Pugh A): 100 mg twice daily with food

Adverse Effects

Common adverse events include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, decreased appetite, weight loss, and elevated liver enzymes. For management of adverse reactions, please refer to the full instructions.
