Indications

Jascayd is a highly selective PDE4B targeted inhibitor with anti-fibrotic and immunomodulatory effects. It is indicated for adult patients diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) or progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF). May be used alone or in combination with standard anti-fibrotic agents such as pirfenidone or nintedanib to reduce lung capacity decline and delay disease progression.

Dosage and Administration

Standard Maintenance Dose: 18 mg orally twice daily, 12 hours apart. Swallow whole with room temperature water, before or after meals. Do not split, chew, or crush tablets.

  • Mild/Moderate Hepatic Impairment (Child-Pugh A/B): No dose adjustment required
  • Severe Hepatic Impairment & End-Stage Renal Disease: Insufficient safety data - not recommended

Missed Dose: Take immediately if remembered on the same day. If less than 4 hours until next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take double dose.
