CINV, RINV and PONV prevention. Fast-dissolving oral film for patients with swallowing difficulties or nausea.

[Mechanism of Action]

Selective 5-HT3 antagonist. Oral soluble film provides rapid buccal/intraoral absorption without water. Needle-free antiemetic delivery.

[Dosage]

8mg (2 films) 1-2h before chemo/RT, then 8mg q12h. Place on tongue to dissolve. No water needed. Max 24mg/day.

[Adverse Reactions]

Headache, constipation, fatigue, dizziness. Rare: QT prolongation, serotonin syndrome.
